A benefit your team will actually use
Atom Budget for teams gives every employee the full app, paid for by the company, as part of your benefits package. It is a financial wellness benefit that is not a webinar, not a course, and not a pamphlet. It is the tool people open on payday.
Money stress comes to work
A large share of American workers live paycheck to paycheck, and the stress of it does not stay home. It shows up as distraction, as turnover, and as the 401(k) match nobody takes because this month is already spoken for. Most financial wellness programs answer that with education. Education is fine, but a person who is worried about Friday does not need a seminar. They need to know how much of Friday's paycheck is actually theirs.
That is the question Atom Budget answers. It splits every bill across the paychecks that fund it and shows two numbers: how much of each paycheck is genuinely theirs, and how much is being held back for bills. Payday stops being a guess. For someone paid every week or every two weeks, that one change is most of what "financial wellness" was supposed to mean.
You will never see their finances
This is the part we want in writing before anyone asks. When your company pays for Atom Budget, you learn exactly one thing: how many of the seats you bought have been claimed. That is all. No balances, no spending, no debts, no reports, no aggregates, no anonymized trends. Nothing.
We built it this way on purpose, and not only because it is right. A finance app provided by the boss only works if people trust it enough to put their real numbers in. The moment an employer can see anything, nobody connects anything, and the benefit you paid for goes unused. Our refusal to show you their data is what makes the benefit worth buying.
How it works
- You buy seats, we send codes. Each employee redeems a code on their own account, with their own personal email. There is no integration project, nothing for IT to install, and no list of your employees in our hands.
- Accounts belong to people, not to the company. If someone leaves, their budget stays theirs. Their account simply moves to our free plan, and every bill and income they set up stays with them. A benefit that deletes itself on someone's last day is not a benefit.
- New hires just get a code. Adding someone to the benefit takes about as long as reading this sentence.
What your people get
Every seat is Atom Budget Pro: the full budgeting engine, plus their bank connected through a secure, read-only connection. Bills and paychecks are read straight from their statements instead of typed in by hand, their real balance is checked against what their bills need, and an email warns them when the two disagree. Savings goals tell them the exact day they can afford the thing they are saving for. It works on the web and on their phone.
Pricing depends on your team
A five-person shop and a hundred-person company are different conversations, so we do not publish a one-size price. Tell us how many people you have and we will send you a straight answer, usually the same day. We are onboarding our first teams now, and early teams get pricing that reflects that.
Write to teams@atombudget.com with your team size and any questions. If you want to see what your people would get first, the whole budgeting engine is free to try: create an account or just play with the calculator on the home page, no signup needed.
